Larger radiators suggested for stage 6 tune but for stage 7 to 8 it is recommended a larger radiator is used call for price of current available radiators. A new clutch is recommended for all tunes above stage 5 and regular servicing of this is required.

Dyno time for stage 6 to 8 will be free of charge, which will include a break in period for the motor before final setting up  free oil and filter with stages 6 to 8 also.

The bhp figures above are read from a Dynopro dyno using  DIN correction factor as used for MRO testing, Please call for combinations of stages to suit your needs. As a rule Stage 6 tunes will run for  approximately 50 hours before requiring attention stage 7 and stage 8 tunes will require attention after 20 hours use providing correct lubricants used and original parameters in ignition used  and fuelling remains as correct.

No responsibility can be taken for the failure of the original or used components inside the engine when tuning is applied, any recommendations during rebuild not carried out during build could result in failure.

The stage 6 tune is suitable for a good rider to reliably be up there at most club events, but for the more serious rider the stage 7 tune combination  will give you a serious bike more than capable to compete at top level of  any 400 class as well as being a tool to battle against the larger cc mini twins at the isle of man this year.
Stage 8 will give you a powerful open class bike or a track day missile or could be used as a hop up kit for a road bike for the serious power junkie.
