Larger radiators suggested for stage 6 tune but for stage 7 to 8 it is recommended a larger radiator is used call for price of current available radiators. A new clutch is recommended for all tunes above stage 5 and regular servicing of this is required.
Dyno time for stage 6 to 8 will be free of charge, which will include a break in period for the motor before final setting up free oil and filter with stages 6 to 8 also.
The bhp figures above are read from a Dynopro dyno using DIN correction factor as used for MRO testing, Please call for combinations of stages to suit your needs. As a rule Stage 6 tunes will run for approximately 50 hours before requiring attention stage 7 and stage 8 tunes will require attention after 20 hours use providing correct lubricants used and original parameters in ignition used and fuelling remains as correct.

The stage 6 tune is suitable for a good rider to reliably be up there at most club events, but for the more serious rider the stage 7 tune combination will give you a serious bike more than capable to compete at top level of any 400 class as well as being a tool to battle against the larger cc mini twins at the isle of man this year.
Stage 8 will give you a powerful open class bike or a track day missile or could be used as a hop up kit for a road bike for the serious power junkie. |
